Getting Here
Just 20 minutes north of Downtown Dallas, Plano is located in the northeast portion of the Dallas metropolitan area. Four modern airports are located within an easy 30-minute commute. Dallas/Fort Worth International, American Airline's hub, is one of the busiest airports in the world and is used by 20 major airlines. Dallas Love Field Airport is Southwest Airlines' hub, and Addison and Collin County Regional airports exceed corporate aircraft owner's requirements. Shuttle transportation is available from the airports.

Getting Around
If you are driving in from out of town or renting a car here, our highway systems make getting to and traveling around Plano easy. Plano can be accessed either from the north or south by three major thoroughfares: The Dallas North Tollway, U.S. Highway 75, and State Highway (Preston Road). Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Light Rail Service
You may be able to leave the driving to DART. This modern, clean and efficient light rail train can take you Downtown to the arts district, to the Dallas Zoo and even to Fort Worth
