Allen Community Outreach (ACO) Care & Share Closet is out of stock on the following items: paper towels, toilet tissue, kitchen trash bags, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, all purpose cleaners, shampoo, razors, and deodorant (men & women). There will be someone to accept donations at the ACO office Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and on Friday 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m. (Closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1:30 p.m.). ACO is located at 801 E. American Cancer Society–Road to Recovery needs volunteers to drive cancer patients to their treatments and doctor appointments. Volunteers who have a car and can spare a few weekday hours between 9 a.m.–5 p.m. are needed. A coordinator will work around the volunteer's schedule.
